While SpoonScan offers a "Kids Mode" for creating recipes suitable for children, this feature is designed for parents and caregivers to create recipes FOR their children—not for children to use directly. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Voice recordings are processed by Google Cloud Speech-to-Text solely for the purpose of transcribing spoken ingredients. Voice recordings are not stored by SpoonScan after processing. Users must be 13 years or older (or the minimum digital age of consent in their country, if higher) to use the voice input feature.
